We have been delivering our specialist services to many different companies for over 50 years now – primarily to businesses from the process industry but also to firms operating in many other industrial sectors. Our main focus is on the petrochemical, oil and gas industries as well as on the chemicals, plastics and energy sectors. Thanks to our extensive industry know-how, we are able to provide solutions that have been carefully adapted to meet the specific requirements of each industrial sector. No matter what the project, we always take individual conditions and special requirements into account.

Optimisation – a part of our everyday business
No matter how good something is, there is always room for improvement. Which is why we use digital solutions and web-based processes to advance our maintenance services even further. Focus is put here, for example, on delivering innovations that improve interfaces and enable multiple services to be provided efficiently so that no time is wasted or lost. We use a variety of technologies to achieve this, such as electronic feedback tools, sensor technology, smart glasses and systems based on RFID chips and barcodes.
A smart future
Automation and digitisation are becoming ever more important as Industry 4.0 takes hold. XERVON Instandhaltung has been actively following this industrial transformation and further developing new technologies so they can be used in the area of maintenance as well. Our focus here is on finding applications that enable our customers to save time and cut costs. Subjects such as ‘smart factories’ and the ‘Internet of Things’ have become an integral part of our company strategy. This is particularly true when it comes to condition monitoring, where we have taken proactive maintenance to a new level with predictive maintenance and machine learning.
